Selections include Ingolf Dahl: Sinfonietta, Introduction and Rondo; Igor Stravinsky: Concerto for Piano and Wind Instruments; Peter Boyer/Jay Bocook: Ellis Island: The Dream of America, the world premiere performance of Bocook's wind transcription. Russel C. Mikkelson, conductor; Scott A. Jones, guest conductor; Caroline Hong, piano; Timothy Leasure and alumni Matthew Harriman and Ben Joy, off-stage trumpets.Actors featured in Ellis Island: The Dream of America include Mary Trapp Gray, Jamie Harper, Cate Blaire-Wilhelm, Mark Mann, Janetta Davis, Todd Covert and Danielle Mann.This concert is free and open to the public; presented as part of the CBDNA-NC Conference.Livestream broadcast begins at 7:30 p.m.Access the digital concert program. No paper programs will be distributed.  All events are subject to change.GETTING HEREPark in the Ohio Union South Garage (open to visitors 24/7), walk North along College Rd. to enter the South doors of the Timashev Music Building.Weigel Auditorium is located on the second floor at the far south end of the building. An open stairway located just inside the south doors leads to the hall.If an elevator is needed, walk through the Music Commons, behind the open stairway to the back hallway. GETTING HERE
